Great Amenities!
equipped gym steam room
the lobby was wonderful. i really made good use of the fully equipped gym. the spa was fabulous and had 2 hot tubs. there was also a great pool, dry sauna and a eucalyptus diffused steam room.
i was checking in on a busy sunday afternoon. the agent was trying to accommodate my requests. the room itself was fine, but it was on the lowest floor right next to the elevator. i SPECIFICALLY said i had not wanted that.

the staff were super friendly everywhere i went, from the front desk to the restaurant. the valet and cleaning staff were also super helpful. i am grateful for such an amazing level of attention.

the location was GREAT for skiing, so close to the slopes. i VERY much appreciated the ski valet service after a long day. access to near by services was easy.

good quality gym food options short walk
the gym contains good quality equipment too. the location has lots of food options. i found it conveniently located for walking to cafes, restaurants, pubs and shops.
the rooms are a bit dark, but i did not pay extra for a view.

the room had extra bedding. the gym had awesome machines and free weights. the room was clean and had a kitchen.
i was looking forward to the steam room, but it was closed.

lovely time in the mountains
great location professional bellmen super clean housekeeping
the location was great i found it easy to walk to coffee shops each morning plus all around the village without driving. bellmen were so professional plus very friendly always ready to help with a smile. i also appreciated the housekeeping staff always keeping everything super clean.
i really wish there was a nicer pool area it felt a bit small for such a big hotel. i wanted a larger jacuzzi outside for those cool evenings. the pool itself was okay just not lovely.

the restaurant served very good food i found several healthy choices i liked. breakfast each morning was a real treat. i especially liked the fresh fruit options that was available.

the hotel is very close to main attractions everything is within walking distance. i liked that i didn't needed to drive or worry about parking. coffee shops plus stores are nearby that was convenient.

the staff were helpful i had request for slightly early check in and they accommodated it. valet parking staff was quick they always got my car fast. i appreciate their help with my luggage.
